- If I were to live my life to the fullest, what would be the first thing I would need to get rid of?
- What are the beliefs behind my state of mind?
- What possibilities do those beliefs close off for me?
- What world do those beliefs leave available to me?
- Do I experience those beliefs as if they were true, or as if they were fantasies?
- Am I selfish in relation to my goals?
- What must I change in my mind?
- What benefit does what is happening bring me?
